Itinerary:
Monday, 23 June – Drive to Scout Camp Yawgoo, Rhode Island, 400 miles, 8 hours including lunch stop
Tuesday, 24 June – Mystic Sea Port (www.mysticseaport.org ), touring boats and whaling tall ship Charles W. Morgan, tales of Moby Dick, learning about monstrous whaling and its colossal impact, and then sailing small boats on the Mystic River. The Morgan is the last of the whaling ships afloat.
Wednesday, 25 June – ride the ferry from Hyannis Port to Nantucket Island, sail on the tall ship Endeavor, camp on the beach.
Thursday, 26 June – drive to Plymouth, Mass, and tour the “Mayflower”, on to Gloucester, Mass, remain overnight
